Mike has been involved in architectural design and management for over 20 years, working for both leading practices and national housebuilders. He has contributed to a wide range of projects, in a variety of sectors during his career including large-scale urban housing developments, urban and rural masterplanning, transport interchanges, sports facilities, retail space, offices and hotels - in the UK, Middle East and Australia.

The company developed on the back of this broad experience and Mike still retains overall responsibility for the design and delivery of each project.

Martin is an experienced and focused technician with an impressive background delivering large scale,

multi-million pound projects across all sectors. 

He has worked in the profession for the last 30 years and brings a wealth of experience to the practice. 

Martin specialises in all aspects of detailing with a particular focus on steelwork / portal frame detailing, curtain walling and timber frame construction.

Drawing on over 40 years experience in the construction industry, including 20 years working in architectural practices, Mark operates in all sectors, with a specialism in steel frame, timber frame, and modular construction.

Mark’s offsite expertise is available to manufacturers, principal contractors, and private developers, bringing diversity to the company’s client base.

Mark offers a range of services including design, project management, assistance in obtaining or renewal of accreditations and certifications and general offsite construction support.

With a background in HR and office management, Zoe has spent her career working with large organisations to communicate their work, ideas and ethos effectively, market their skills, and develop their practice and business.

Zoe takes care of the practice's finances, budgeting and business strategies. She also works with senior management to oversee workflow resourcing and logistics, keeping projects on time and on budget.
